The OPH-1 is available as either a single or double reduction planetary drive. The OPH-1 can be integrated with energy efficient DC motors, ACIM motors, or PMAC motors for high torque, wheel drive applications. Quiet operation is ensured with shaved spur gearing while the first stage spur gear is cut onto the motor rotor shaft, keeping dimensions tight. Highly configurable, the motor can be packaged with the gearbox or purchased separately and an optional DC brake can be fitted to the back of motor.
